settlement. jummy olabanji is at the live desk with details. >> if you qualify, you will get a claim form in the mail. virginia attorney general ken cuccinelli says the money is coming to some homeowners who lost their homes to foreclosure during a four that year period which ended december 31 last year. to be eligible, your loan have to be serviced by one of the five companies that were part of the federal settlement. a total of $1.5 billion was earmarked for 2 million borrower relations -- nationwide. about 46,000 are here in the state of virginia and many will be eligible for some amount of money. the exact amount of money you could receive will depend on the number of borrower seubert debate in this settlement. we will pose more information about this story on-line at wjla.com.

more. and my name is spelled a little tricky, so check it out. let jack on traffic. how is it going? >> not too good for folks who normally travel on 50 and head into the baltimore washington parkway. several accidents on the stretch, starting with one on 50 as you make your way to the bw parkway. once you are there southbound, pretty much a bottleneck situation. a couple of incidents of this morning. and the meantime as a check on virginia, looking pretty good. 66 inbound. no incidents to report. of course, have a traffic through manassas passing centreville, all the way into fairfax -- you will see some brake lights but no incidents to report. in maryland, the same scenario on 270, southbound delays coming through frederick to germantown to the 270 spur. >> you know there will be more jobs available for the holidays but apparently not as many hands -- hams.
